I have ordered several times from Israel cart and found them to reliable and the products are first rate. I particularly love the various spices which are unlike any I can purchase here. I highly recommend this company!

I've had great experiences with Israel Cart. The products arrived in excellent condition and were clearly high quality. I especially enjoyed the soaps, jams, honey, and olive oil—everything tasted or smelled fresh and authentic. It was a pleasure receiving such well-curated goods from Israel. I would definitely order again and highly recommend Israel Cart.

I continue to receive products that are high quality and unique. They have the added advantage of connecting me to the origins of my faith in a much deeper way. There is no other shopping experience like it, this side of heaven!

I love the products I have received from Israel. The store is a great way to pick the things I can use. They communicate well with emails and letting me know when things I might like are on sale.

The variety of products is impressive, plus they keep enough of the products in stock/available at all times. At times, site navigation can be challenging, but a little patience overcomes the challenges.

I get all of my olive oil from Israel. I love the fact that I can order from different vendors and try different types of olive oil. I also get honey from several different Israeli sources and love those also. The shopping experience is pretty easy and check out it seamless.

My second time ordering from this place to support Israel. First time was fine, received my order within two weeks, products were very good. This time it’s going to be almost a month and I haven’t received my package. I emailed customer service twice and no reply back. I’ll give it a few more days and if I don’t get anything from them, an email or my package I will dispute my charges $242.00. They have no customer service and it’s a shamed because I will never order from them again and there goes my support to the Israeli products.

I ordered their lotion on Oct. 5 2025, received a prompt email confirming the order, and nothing since. Of course, the money was charged to my Visa the same day. I realize that shipping an order out to another country can take some time, but my email to Costumer Service has gone unanswered and this morning I phoned them during their stated business hours only to get the ubiquitous "leave a message". I, too, wanted to support Israel. I love the products I bought on Amazon and was very happy with the lotion sample they sent along with that order. If this order is not fulfilled I'll be out almost $70 after paying the fees, including the "tariff". This is not money I can easily disregard. Am very disappointed and will not order again, even from Amazon. I realize it's early and something may yet be received, and if it is then I'll update this review.

Buyer Beware of ISRAEL CART
It gives me great displeasure to have to leave this review. I Love Israel and it's people and want to support them in anyway I can, but this experience leaves me no choice but to warn others. I placed an order on 7/22/25 for $76 worth of products. I was so excited because I have been searching for the lotion I could only find on their site. As of today, 9/23/25 - exactly TWO months. I still have not received my product. This company's customer service is, at best, extremely poor. After several phone calls and emails, I finally got someone to respond to my concerns. They have twice now sent my product to an incomplete address. I will give them the benefit of the doubt as I believe it was my fault the first time and I admitted this and agreed to pay extra for shipping. The other day - FINALLY - they resent my package to me, BUT TO THE SAME INCOMPLETE ADDRESS! Who does that? I told them it was complete and that was why I didn't get it the first time. I even made sure my profile on their site was pointing to the correct address. It seems they just took the original package and put the same exact label on it! I've asked repeatedly for a refund and not until AFTER they sent out the package the 2nd time did they respond to that request saying they couldn't refund me until the package was returned to them.

I am so incredibly sad. I so wanted to support this company...but I will never order from them again! I gave them multiple chances for them to resolve this issue. But it would seem that I am not as valuable as they keep telling me that I am.

Please be VERY sure you know what you are doing BEFORE ordering from this company!!!!
