Scam. Skip the Line doesnt exist.
Just scammers.

I had an amazing experience with EPass while I was in Istanbul. The guides did a great job during the tours, and the skip the like was amazing to get past the queues. Easy to deal with, great customer service, and exceptional value for what you get. Can’t speak highly enough about the reservation! I will recommend this for anyone and everyone who is travelling. Best service I’ve ever had from a tour operator. 10/10. Thank you for making my vacation that much better!

I came to istanbul on a business trip, the conference was concluded earlier than I expected, decided to take a hot air balloon ride with istanbul epass.
1. The conversation started, I am interested in the hot air balloon ride, the response was, you need to book the cappadocia trip, not booking the trip unless I am going on the HAB ride, sure we can arrange that after you book.
2. I did, no booking at all for HAB ride.
3. Shuffled around to get to the right tour.
4. Booked for three days two night trip, which is in fact a day and a half of attractions, two nights at a hotel, one breakfast and two lunches.

5. Hotel is substandard, one towel for three days, one breakfast,
6. First lunch is in a buffet set up 4 out 5.
7. Attractions motivated by sales and commission
8. 2nd restaurant, I sat beside a 15 person tour, just before they left, the servers took what ever plates cutlery and wait, food yes salads, and placed it in front of me, seriously
9. Asked for water, brought the water no glasses.
10. The town, two thirds or more closed, off session.
11. Go back to HAB ride, was not booked, the ride was canceled bc of winds, relied on IEpass to book next day, not a word from the them.
12. Promised a guide at airports, none to be found.
13. It's not three days as the third day is travel to airport and flight back.

The Istanbul E-pass saved us so much time and money. Customer service was quick and helpful whenever we had questions.

Istanbul E-pass made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We were able to enter all major attractions without waiting in long lines, which saved us a lot of time during busy hours.
The platform is very easy to use. The number of included tours and activities is impressive, and every experience we joined was well-organized and high quality.

Their customer support was also excellent; they responded quickly and were always helpful.
If you’re visiting Istanbul, I highly recommend getting the E-pass. It offers great value for money and truly enhances your trip!

4 attraction tickets for 120 euro = 30/attraction
The website "forgot " to mention that 'reservation required' means it's not free, just disconted: for example Galata tower instead of 35 euro it was "only" 30 and -1 ticket out of 4 total!
Buy tickets in place individually to save money, because website is misleading. I wasn't brave enough to count how much money I lost with this great "offer"

Wouldn't recommend, they made a mistake and had to pay additional 150€. Now they say that they are not able to do anything about it.
Misleading information

The information on the website BEFORE purchasing is missleading, it appears as everything is included... after you buy, you find out that in order to get the experiences, you MUST go with them and with the epass group to enter the museums (Topkaki Palace, Basilica Cistern, Dolambhace palace). In some of this attractions, there are exclusions in the ticket and ylu must pay extra.

The "skip the line" feature of this pass, means that the "guide" skeaks you into the museum and you dont get a ticket, so you cant get the audioguide.

The guides really try, but their explanation is superficial and short... so at the end, you are by yourself, and without the chance to get a guide.

We had a bad experience at Dobanhace palace... the guide was suppoused to meet us after a first part of the tour to get us into the harem section. When we came out, he already left, claiming that he waited for 5 minutes and had another tour.

On the brigth side, the whatsapp costumer service team is amazing! They really do a great job.
