So my experience is based on Istobal machines at a MFG run Shell garage just off the A3 near Wandsworth.
They have 4 booths and though at least 1 might be out of order, I have never been there and not been able to use one.
The pricing is very straightforward, you pay for minutes. In that time you can choose to use their jet, foam cannon, shampoo, hot water brush, wax etc.

There are many weekend warriors cleaning cars in the forecourt (so you know this jet wash is better than most), though some maybe inconsiderate and not move their car out of the jet wash bay, taking over 30 mins in the booth.

It charged me for 3 tickets when I was trying to buy 1, no customer service number, and then those tickets were meant to be good until 18th, and on the 18th it said it expired
I am never going there again, they stole 20£ from me, and no one to talk to

After wash wheels still dirty. Rear estate car windows corners didn't even touch it.

every time i try to use this app, I have to update personal profile, and when I do this I end up in a loop where every time i think i have done all necessary steps, it still asks me to update personal profile. what is going on? why do they need all this personal info anyway? I’m only getting the effing car washed.
uninstalled it. blinking hopeless.
