1 Star website 5 star walk in stores
If we’re talking about the walk-in store, it’s one of the best in its category. They are an official Apple reseller, and the in-store experience is excellent—organized, professional, and customer-friendly.
However, this Trustpilot review is for the website, and the online experience is very disappointing compared to the store. For example, when I tried to preorder the iPhone 17, the website stated that preorders would open at 4:00 PM. I waited until 4:00, and while the official Apple website already allowed preorders (though not in my country), the iStyle website was never updated. By 11:00 PM, it still showed “Coming Soon.”
The same issue happened with the Apple Watch. On the official Apple website, preorders opened on the 9th, but on the iStyle site it showed the 12th, and even then you still couldn’t preorder.
In short: the physical stores are fantastic, but the website is unreliable and creates a frustrating experience, especially for time-sensitive launches like iPhones and Apple Watches.
