This company is an absolute SCAM!! My husband ordered some boots that look NOTHING like what was advertised or in the video. These things are so horrible I can’t stop laughing at what a piece of *hit they are. They refuse to give a full refund and keep offering to keep the shoes and offering a refund that went from the $30-$55.00 range and keep the boots when he laid close to $90.00. We are filing a fraud claim on our credit card. Reporting them for false advertising, mail fraud for sending fake items through the U.S. postal system and to customs for shipping fraud items. They’ll learn their lesson the hard way. The allegation and fraud inspections will cost them more than what we paid and will probably shut their business down. Beware. I suggest anyone that got scammed to do the same.

I ordered shoes from istylemall and received junk. My 9 year old could have made these. Asked for a refund and got the runaround. Offered me to keep the shoes and receive a 50% refund and keep the shoes. Really don’t even want these in my house and don’t want to give to anyone. Really disappointed. I guess I will have to attempt to get part of my money back.

This company is horrible along with their products! The boots I ordered for my husband are cheap and bad quality. The same day I received them I requested to return them for a full refund. They take forever to respond and keep offering a new product even after I've told them I just want a full refund! They refuse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

scam !!!ordered boots and they werent even close to the ad and also were 2 sizes off what i ordered. they wont respond to my return order so i guess i got ripped off

Company is a complete scam! I ordered 100% Genuine Leather boots and they not only took many weeks longer than the expedited delivery I paid extra for but, they are completely plastic - not even useable and not even close to the videos and demos of the boots on their site. They also used the "Chinese New Year" excuse for the delays and will not respond to any of my requests for refund.

This is a fake company. They got my money and went ghost. My order was late and when i connected customer service via email. I got a Chinese New Year message a fake email. The boots arrived and were cheap as hell and just trash. Not what I paid for. The link on Facebook and Instagram dont exist anymore. And the company in not in Google. The number for NY is a Kentucky number and just rings. I sent my photos to the email and facebook but no response. All the good reviews are fake. I wish I could find them in person. Edwin

This is a fake company out of China via Colorado! I ordered a specific product but was sent junk!! Voiced my displeasure to their customer support to no avail. No response at all. Don’t waste your money!!!

Do not order from this company. The shoes are horrible and look nothing like the boots that are advertised. I wish this would allow me to upload pictures so you could see for yourself.

I just received my shoes and they didn't look anything like the shoes online. They came in plastic not even a box so I knew it was trash. The quality is so cheap. I knew something was wrong when I checked the shopping and it said China 🇨🇳. Took almost 3 weeks so I knew it wasn't in US. Then you can't talk to anyone have to email for a return. I'll just give them to someone homeless if they would even take them. It's a scam do not order from them. I don't know who gave good reviews but I'm a shoe lover and these shoes are poor quality. You've been warned ⚠️.

I ordered two pair of shoes neither pair was what I order. Shoes took 4 week to get here, and then the shoes are made of fake leather, don't look nothing like the picture they advertised. Stay away from this company.

I got ripped off from this site, ordered shoes, which I never received!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Shoes came in a ripped plastic. One pair is NOT what I ordered. The other pair is missing a shoe. So three shoes in a ripped flimsy bag that I can do nothing with. I have a funny suspicion that for every negative review this company receives , 3+ positive reviews mysteriously pop up. Don't say I did not warn you.

Terrible 4 times I ordered shoes only once did I actually get what I ordered..here’s the catch.. don’t send them back we’re give you 30% and keep them ..the shoe sent is so cheap with no quality involved Who’s the winner here

Very niche brand, but a lot of people have been buying it in recent years!

There were some minor questions that needed to be answered, and the customer service responded promptly, which is good service.

There is a good shopping guide who will guide me to buy the items I like, which is very good.

A very nice birthday gift for my dad, he likes it very much.
