Yes whether you have not provide…

Yes whether you have not provide information on its speed per seconds is such it needs registration on the first run. In replies to their hello the software run normal. Run normal software never means you company can not refund though you can say you do not then say so.

Bought the password reset tool

Bought the password reset tool, the pro version. Should find any account in windows and reset password. put it into a usb, then Got it working in my broken laptop, it couldn’t find the windows system or any account to password reset.
I found out my hard drive and windows files were corrupted and non repairable.
Since it didn’t work at all, I asked for refund due to their 30 days money back guarantee, they didn’t want to give me a refund,
But they gave me some alternative ideas to try, one being download windows installation software into my usb and reinstall windows, this worked and now my computer is finally working again. Not the route I expected but the the outcome I wanted nevertheless.
Just watch out with these guys, you will find it very hard to get refunds from them.

They ignored on giving a refund. I highly reccomend that they do not guarantee a 30 Day Money Back.

Your IPHONE PASSCODE GENIUS product…

Your IPHONE PASSCODE GENIUS product promoted on websites and videos is fake and misleading people. The app cannot unlock even the screen, as it gets stuck without being able to bypass the Icloud account lock. This app only takes your money since the Money RETURN CLAUSES are all armored and THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Their software does not work

Their software does not work. It does a scan but near the end, at 100%, it crashes and close the application. Their technical support is weak and the communication is poor. Also, this application runs on 32-bit. They should offer a 64-bit version to increase the speed. The software is too slow to be practical. I would not recommend buying this software.

Good and fast support

So I needed my USB stick for resetting a password on a Win11 system. It booted well but said that it can't find any Windows, suggesting to ask for support.

My first thought was to re-create the stick but for some reason I had uninstalled the program. Fortunately the receipt was still in my mailbox. Within a day I got a download link along with some hints about what may have caused the issue.

Considering the low price of the product the support surpassed my expectations!

A Really useful tool

iSunshare Windows Password Genius is one of those tools you hope to never need, but when you do, it is a life saver. I have been using this software for several years and it has proven invaluable on many occasions. As an example, my uncle passed away, leaving his PC locked and inaccessible to his wife. She needed to retrieve financial details in order to pay bills, plus, he was a keen photographer and his PC contained decades worth of family pictures.

Using iSunshare Windows Password Genius, all the data was accessible within a few minutes. A great and useful piece of software which I can fully recommend.

Great Software

I've been using the iSunshare Password Genie Advanced software for a few years now and I'm very satisfied. Especially for repairs, it is very useful if the customer has forgotten to remove the password beforehand.

Ghosted when asked for a refund

I’m not upset their software didn’t work, I’m upset that after it didn’t work they ghosted me when I asked for a full refund. I’ve waited 10 days now and so far their 100% money back guarantee appears to be a lie.

Avoid.
