I have an elite 100v2, excellent product with very small dimensions and weight. I have also an charger 1 that it charge the power station very fast. I don't like that it can charge only pwer stations and not ordinary lifepo4 batteries.
I had to call the call centre, but only after 5 phone calls I could speak with an operator who could speak to me in my language (IT) and explain me the doubts I had.
Anyway are very good products!
Excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a customer service team this efficient, patient, and courteous! I had an issue with an EB3A unit and its solar panel. I was guided through every step of the troubleshooting process, and thanks to the precise and timely instructions from the representative Miranda, the entire system was replaced with refurbished and fully functional products—without spending a single cent.
