Terrible service and support
Terrible service and support. The order was placed on July 7, with a confirmation sent. After 10 days, the order was still showing as "processing" on the website. I first contacted customer service via chat, which referred me to the phone support line, which then referred me to email support. It turned out that my account had been blocked (even though it appeared active on the website). Customer service said that on the 7th they had sent an email—which I never received—stating that the account was blocked and that I needed to create a new one. I filled out the form, and after several days, they shipped the item.

Delivery was fast, precise, and rather cheap.
