A very unpleasant experience.

A very unpleasant experience.
A pair or Ray-ban were received without the warranty card and proper packaging (inside the case there should have been, beside the warranty, a plastic sealed new cleaning cloth, booklet and tag). Nothing wrong with the glasses themselves but for an over 100 Euro shades I would expect everything to be in order and not looking like they were recycled.
Totally not courteous customer service either.
Thank you but no more from this place.

Hi Rodolfo,
I am sorry about what happened to your order.
We always check all the Ray Ban glasses once they arrive from the manufacturer to our office, because we want to be sure that the products received are in their original packaging without undergoing alterations of any kind.
Once that everything is fine, we go on with the shipment and we have no power over what happens when the package is on the way to be delivered to the client. We don't know if something could have happened to your package during its journey.
We always recommend to our clients to inform us immediately when there is something wrong and not a month after receiving the goods, we could have helped you by coming in contact with the courier in order to try to solve the problem.
