Terrible buying experience

Terrible buying experience. First, the item I was looking for had two names "come with me kitty" and "easy walk." After months of waiting for them to restock the easy walk harness for cats for a larger size harness, I found that they now classify it as the come with me kitty harness. Two names, one type of harness.The first time I purchased their product was on Amazon.it and it was great. The product itself is wonderful. The second time, I found out that they stopped selling their products through Amazon. I found them on it.petsafe.com, their official Italian store. Talk about from worse to worst, they now charge 10.99€ for shipping (on Amazon the shipping was free with Amazon Prime). Now the shipping fees costs nearly as much as the item. They said the 10.99€ shipping cost was to ship the item via UPS. After a week after purchase, no delivery, no item. Why? They shipped the item using DHL Packet (tie up with Poste Italianne). Worse than the poorly maintained sorry excuse for an online store, charging expensive and sending it through the local post office is terrible business practice. Avoid this company as much as you can.
