2 bobine rotte e niente rimborso.

28 giugno ho acquistato 6 bobine , 3 pla e 3 petg. Sono andato a ritirare il pacco e quando lo visto non credevo ai miei occhi . Praticamente non c’era nessuno pacco, erano queste 6 scatole di filamenti una sopra l’altra fatta con giri di nastri adesivi .
Ho aperto le scatole e ho trovato 2 bobine rotte , ho provato a contattare loro e esiste due modi di fare: Scrivere una e-mail o scrivere su loro sito. Fino a d’ora con mandato 3 e-mail e scritto 2 volte su loro sito e nessuna risposta.
Mai più sulun.
È davvero un peccato , perché hanno dei prodotti fantastici ma si rompe NON POTETE FARE NIENTE. E meglio comprare il loro marchio su altro sito ( parlando solo di filamenti ) .
State attenti perché saranno soldi buttati se volete rischiare fattelo .
Basta leggere le recessioni che è più negativa che positiva.

Errore del sito e soldi scalati ugualmente

Effettuato un ordine, il sito è andato in errore due volte e nonostante ciò mi hanno scalato i soldi dal conto.
Non rispondono alle mail, decisamente da non considerare per i vostri filamenti per stampanti 3D
