Careful with reservations
I made a reservation for May/2026 to play in Genoa,Italy for three days,but I can't make this trip for personal matters,and the company demands that I pay 30% of the total value,even thouh I wrote inmediately the day after the confirmation,indicating that I could not make this trip. Careful !!

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points.
When a trip is booked, there are always two parties involved: the customer who books and the organizer who processes and confirms the reservation. The basis for this is our General Terms & Conditions, which were clearly presented and accepted by you before completing the booking.
In your specific case, the reservation was confirmed with services that were **non-refundable**. Many hotels and suppliers today apply these rates, which are **no longer free to cancel after 24 hours** – sometimes immediately after confirmation. This is not a special rule we invent afterwards, but a condition set by the service providers and contractually agreed upon at the time of booking.
If there are problems caused by the organizer or hotel, we take responsibility. If a cancellation is due to personal reasons on the customer’s side, the agreed cancellation conditions apply – even if that’s unpleasant in hindsight. The requested 30% cancellation fee is fully in line with the confirmed booking conditions and far below the actual costs already incurred.
We always aim to handle situations in a customer-friendly way, but we cannot ignore binding agreements that were accepted beforehand. Transparency works both ways.

Everything was as promised
Everything was as promised. Only a couple things to improve:
- map, where you can find car rental company
- fixed prices for golf bag transportation (were higher on return fligth)
- we were seated very far from each other in the plane

Even though we booked the trip at the last minute, it was organized very quickly and with all the necessary details, and all our requests were handled. Payment by bank transfer was also accepted, even though, due to time constraints, a VISA payment was requested.

Delivered as promised
Everything was arranged as promised and it's nice to find a little present on arrival. Also the list of nearby restaurants was a great idea!
The actual hotel was a little weak in the area of food and drinks. Snacks for non-meat eaters were almosts inexistant and the nice hotel rooftop bar was not open until after 18:00.
