Pessima

Ho ordinato delle gomme, tutto ok, fino a quando il giorno dopo mi chiamano perché erano già state vendute prima ad un altro cliente...potrebbero almeno aggiornare il sito in tempo reale

Salve, ogni cliente scontento è una sconfitta da parte della nostra azienda, tuttavia il suo ordine ci è pervenuto alle 22.29 in un orario quindi che i nostri uffici sono chiusi. Purtroppo quando la disponibilità è limitata può capitare di ricevere più ordini di quanti ne siano evadibili.
Ricevere una stella è piuttosto aggressivo come giudizio poichè le abbiamo spiegato il problema e prontamente emesso il rimborso, ci aspettavamo un minimo di comprensione...
