No confirmation, no items, no answer to mails, but money hast been charged

I have not received any confirmation email or response to my emailing the company for confirmation of the order, even though I have been charged.

STAY AWAY. Placed an order on July 17. Website says items will ship within 2-3 business days. It’s been 3 weeks. I’ve written to the company daily now for a week with no response. There is no way to cancel my order on the website. I fear I am out of my money with nothing to show for it.

I simply love the balsamic glaze, but tried 2 times to aquire it through the official website, paid for it, but as of today, never have received it. My original bottle was acquired state side, but have not been able to get it here at this time. So sad I couldn't get it, but I'll have to try another brand.

Wide choice of original italian products, timely order and delivery.

I never received the product when order online. The claim was that UPS lost it. After weeks of waiting, and not getting a confirmation about the package being delivered or that is was “lost”, I had to email them to get information. They claimed to “check and investigate”, but I never heard back. I sent another email for an update and did not receive a response. Two weeks later I got an email wanting to give a review of the products I didn’t receive. I left a one star because that was the lowest offering. I left a comment about my experience and only then was I notified about getting it refunded. Needless to say, I was refunded. I came back to change my review because I was emailed about the first negative review and they wanted me to tell “the truth” about my experience and that I did in fact get the refund. If it was not for me pestering them about the refund I would have lost money. They also lost product, time, and money by using UPS to mail out their packages and that results in no accountability being taken once the package is sent. Although I can imagine Itailia Regina probably does have great products, which is why I chose to purchase their “quality foods”, I am disappointed in the time and emotional stress this experience brought. I was really looking forward to having a good, long-term customer relationship with them. Sad to say, I don’t get to experience their fine cheeses and Oils. But thank you for your service and refunding the money. Have a Wonderful Sunday.

The products are a fair price, ordering is easy and delivery is quick and efficient. The staff and customer care aspects are truly exceptional. I have recommended the company to many friends who love all things Italian
