Delivery was not the fastest due to logistics problems in Europe due to the heat. However, when I called them they assured me that everything was on its way.
All the goods were packaged very well and I was also given a small gift on top of that.
Will use this website to purchase Italian goods again in the near future!

Fantastic service from this company and in particularly from Robert! Seamless transaction, shipped within ours from the order and delivered the day after with express shipping. I also ordered the wrong part ( Totally my fault) and had issues fitting one of the spare. They have been happy to send some extra replacement needed without asking for anything and handing out technical suggestions on how to fit properly those spares.

Can't really reccomend them more!

I ordered 3 bottles of the same Balsamico vinegar from this shop and received 2 different types of bottles. After talking to their very friendly and helpful customer service, they offered to send new bottles to me so that the product matches exactly what's stated in the product description on their website. The issue with the slightly different product/bottle was most likely caused by the manufacturer himself, but this shop treated me very well and took care of the problem! I will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!

Customer service answers all questions very quickly. This is my third time ordering from Italy Food Shop and I am satisfied. The cheeses came very well packed and a big plus is that a bag of ice was placed in the box with the cheese. I look forward to purchasing again.
