Servizio assistenza inesistente
Da Luglio sono ahimé diventato un loro cliente perché mi avevano promesso delle tariffe più basse ma non solo le bollette sono più alte quanto poi il servizio assistenza è davvero ridicolo.Avrei un assistente dedicato il quale è praticamente sparito ha risposto soltanto al mio primo messaggio di WhatsApp, poi no Non rispondono più neanche alle email.Mi sembra una azienda molto piccola e disorganizzata e rasenta il ridicolo!
A Settembre ho già fatto voltura con una compagnia molto più grossa e seria con loro mai più!
