This company is a scam
The documents they provide are not valid. They are not recognised by any country and are a scam. Rental companies may accept these documents, but if you are stopped by the police, this document is as useful as a blank piece of paper. It is possible to make your situation even worse because you would be driving with a FAKE license. These are never valid as a PDF, just as a physical document. They cannot be obtained from scam websites like these, only from official authorities in your countries. Not to mention the REAL ones cost about a third of these online scam ones...

The process to apply for a digital and/or print international driving permit (IDP) is quick and simple, and the online customer support is excellent! I received a digital IDP within an hour after submitting my application. I also received a discount when ordering digital and print IDPs, so the price was very reasonable.

Truly a first class service and…
Truly a first class service and recommended. I ordered my license last minute thinking the PDF would do while I was in Thailand however card is needed also here. I contacted the guys to ask if another replacement sent out to my sisters address and she would forward it on to me in Thailand. The support was first class a new card was sent out to alternative address and communication has been fantastic. I’m very grateful to the team for the help.

Its a scam , its not recognized by any country and its not official, the only offical way to issue IDP is from same country you got your license from

This company appears to be giving out misinformation by telling drivers they need an International Licence (to buy from them, naturally) when that is certainly not always the case. Check elsewhere (official government organisations for example) before using Itaoffice.org
