I have been with V support LLC for almost five years and received excellent service. They had been prompt in respoding and resolved my computer related problems. In total my subscription with them had been worth the time, money. I can not mention the names here but their help was great and, greatly appreciated.
Suddenly, they have become uncontactable by any means, phone or email. I do not know why may be they have been iquidated. I would appreciate if one of thier technician to contact mme back .

I have been with VSupport llc for about five years and they have been excellent. Last year they had a name change to Comptrue and the service slipped and now they are uncontactable as the phone is always engaged and they don't answer my emails. So now I need to get cleaned up and uninstall their rubbish. How embarrasing
It's a scam. Search for Jim Browning's video on Disney+ scams and you will find this despicable bottom feeder group. Report and block.

I've had issues myself with companies like these.
Was a subscriber to VSupport for 3 years, and in the last week they tried to pull a scam on me. I just don't understand any of this...how dumb can they be to do this? Because they got nothing from me, and I will never use them again. I would have subscribed for many years to come to. I would have understood better I suppose if they did it in the first year, but to give me great service...a service that I trusted for 3 years ...and blow it over a few hundred dollars (first it was $500, then $400,then $300...and in the end, because I refused to pay, he offered that I could pay in installments, tipped me off that something fishy was going on...LOL). The tech (who told me several times he was a supervisor...like I was supposed to be impressed) left, but took administrative control over many of their suspect files.
My new tech guys got around that and completely wiped and reinstalled everything...just in case they left a sneaky Trojan behind to wreak havoc later. It has cost me $150 but I would rather pay that one time, instead of the extortion that was coming if I paid VSupport A sad end to what I thought was a really good working relationship
I took out. Life time contract and Paid over £700. Things worked well for about a year but when the computer slowed down dramatically I rang the number as usual (0800 520 0769) and was informed that this number had ceased. Now out or the blue several month later I get a call from a non English person quoting the original contract number and phone contact and again asking for £799.95 for a lifetime contract and to purchase the firewall software which he would install. He had the same script from previous contact with this company with exception this time he said someone had removed the firewall software and utilities installed by them, meaning the firewall was shown as being at only 2% so they somehow have created software to show false readings. I am not sure how to pursue this company through legal channels but I am looking into it, also finding out who the regulator is that would deal with this and shut them down. I have a new computer now so the old one will be wiped and re-setup to find a good home.

I cant post the link here....dont pay them.
Scam, Had problem loading Mcaffee anti-virus software. They tell me my cpu has a trojan on the IP Adreess which is impossible. They wanted to charge me $500 US and get control of my cpu. If you own other anti virus software, search the number you dialed online if the person on the other end gives you a different one. Mcaffe and others do not charge for their services in this way
