they asked for my passport for ordering

I forgot to mention that when I placed my order that costed 4000 dollars, they asked for a copy of my passport which made me concerned. This was a long time ago so the prices probably changed. This was at the end of 2020 but the calendar will not let me go further.

Words from a returning customer

Have used this service twice now, once for order under 100, and once for an order around 250. Here is my experience and some tips They run on GMT+2, meaning if you live in the America's, (North/South/Canada) you need to be up late/early to recieve your order and communicate via Email. They DO NOT respond immediately, and I assume have a small staff, if any staff at all. However with both of my orders everything has shown up perfectly as I requested. The items I requested specific requirements came with said requirements and in the quantities I ordered.

Now this all being stated, I need to list one "complaint". The delivery times are not 100% accurate. Especially when you request a wide array of things. This can be due to our time zone differences. Think of it this way, this is probably a dude/chicken and their friends trying to make some money farming D2. If you order 4 complex rune words with multiple Ber runes in it, with tailored stat rolls, it may take more than 24 hrs to recieve your order. That being said, you will recieve your order, and you will get what you ordered. Just please remember, they aren't Amazon, their just people at the end of the day. Have a little patience and show some kindness.

Bunch of scammers cant meet their…

Bunch of scammers cant meet their estimate times and have no useful information for the customer. Rude and useless support. Don't waste your time and money here shop elsewhere. Support will simply just avoid your questions rather than answering you honestly. The best part is they try to make you fill out a form to get your money back when they have not met their delivery times, what a joke!

Stay away from Itemforge

Stay away from Itemforge. They took my money & didn't deliver. Contacted them for a refund for items not delivered & they said I checked the box @ checkout saying all sales are final & I couldn't have a refund Even though they never delivered the item to me. Lol I'll dispute the transaction on PayPal, nice try geniuses.

Steer clear and ignore the positive reviews

Steer Clear and don't believe the positive reviews because they probably wrote them or are behind those who did.

When I made a purchase of their service I made an error in selecting the right server. So I contacted them and told them that I was on D2 Resurrected softcore and not D2 softcore east server. They insisted that the item was delivered but it wasn't because I couldn't logon to the game site where they delivered. The item is left in a password protected game that only they have access to so they lost nothing in the transaction. If they weren't so inflexible they could've easily retrieved the items, which they will probably do anyway and sell again, and then produce the items I ordered to me on D2 resurrected. But they refused to work with me and they intend to hold onto my money. I filed a claim with PayPal, and if you have PayPal you should do the same.

Got what I paid for

From the time of purchase to the delivery window they kept in touch via email. Email was very quick communication and the trade went off without a hitch.
I recommend itemforge to anyone who plays D2R

Steer clear

Steer clear. Unethical & shady online business that I'd never recommend to anyone nor buy from again.

As of the date of purchase, Itemforge's ambiguous website lack a clear distinction between Diablo 2 and Diablo 2 Remastered items. Thus, when I purchased items for Diablo 2 Remastered and was given items for Diablo 2, I politely requested a refund.

Their response, which I copied/pasted below, undeniably proves Itemforge.com prioritizes profit over reputation:

"Unfortunately you can't exchange/return a completed order because you already received access to the digital goods that you ordered. You specifically agreed to waive your right to refund via a checkout checkbox. Most of the cost is time spent on assembling your order and we can't get it back, even if you give item(s) back. It's a standard practice for services/digital goods e.g. when buying any digital game too, including D2R. We normally offer 10-20% discount for re-purchase (the most common error is Ladder vs Non-Ladder) but since D2R prices are much different, we can't offer you any :( You can check your game mode with the help of our FAQ: We sell on 37 game modes and D2R is one of them so if you want items there, please select the correct server before proceeding to checkout. Make sure that your new server choice is reflected in the cart, otherwise delete cookies for itemforge.com, thank you."

Apparently the massive amount of time that it took ItemForge to assemble the 8 items that I purchased from them (aka moving the 8 items from the mule account to a transfer account) is worth more to them than their reputation. An ethical business would make an effort to correct "common errors" yet with regards to ItemForge's business model there exists a proclivity to turn a blind eye for profit. An intelligent organization would prioritize their reputation and honesty over short-term profit.

Don't buy from ItemForge.
