Next time do not pay or purchase using Facebook. Your money will be deducted based on terms and conditions on their contract. I am happy I managed to lodge for a refund and canceled my subscription.
The support team is very helpful they respond on time and attend to the issue.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, or it will cost you! They draw you in with a good offer which you might think you are buying, but you are unwillingly subscribing and not receiving anything! They take a small amount to join, then few days later take more, £36! Despite me cancelling my subscription almost immediately after I got an email and realised that I’d joined something I didn’t want to and no mention of the thing I thought I was buying. Payment still taken from my account 4 days later, despite 2 emails which I had no reply from. Spoke to adviser via online chat who said cancellation period is 14 days and no refunds! Do not trust them and avoid like the plague, save yourself a lot of stress and hassles, not to mention the loss of money!
