I placed an order over an hour ago and it has not been delivered. I have written two emails and they are not responding.

He made me create a game and threw me a weapon on the ground that was not perfect as ordered: 365ed instead he left me a weapon with 350ed on the ground.
It blocks you and you can't write. Bad experience.
They are scammers, stay away.

I have bought from itemnow a few times already for POE 2 orbs, they always gave me extra and within few minutes. One time i asked them for a support gem they even gave me for free. Love them!! I will be back for more

Ignore the 1 star reviews, they are just impatient people who can’t wait more than an hour in rare cases. It clearly states on their website how long each item takes, as some may need to be farmed before trade. Only ever had 1 issue and it was resolved immediately. Full trust in these guys. They are great at what they do. Only had to wait longer than 15 minutes once and I didn’t mind as it stated the item needed to be farmed first so wait time was estimated between 1-4 hours. Turned up after 45 minutes so great job. Keep doing what you are doing.

Do not give these scammers your hard earned dollars. They'll steal your money and not complete your order. Nor will they even respond in customer service. This scamming business should be avoided!!! They used to be good. But now they are straight stealing money from people!!! Do not fall victim to these scam artists and false positive reviews. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

After not delivering my order, I was contacted by a useless individual in charge of customer service named "Emma". Who not only denied my delivery request. Defended the staff that did not do their job AND denied my refund.

I have found out that they have paid for their good reviews. Do not be fooled by this disgusting excuse for a business. Or by EMMA.

Absolute disgrace.

The pathetic excuse for an owner of this site treated me with nothing but disrespect after MASSIVELY DISREGARDING the paying customer, myself. I have a YouTube following as well as a stellar reputation with other sites.. The sorry excuse of a site operator failed to bring up the fact they have stolen from somebody.

You should be ashamed of yourself.. and you know what? I've posted the crime you committed. The fact you try to mask/bury your actions speaks everything about your character, or lack there of.

Be warned again folks. This mongoloid site owner will lie/cheat and steal to justify their actions. Absolutely disgraceful. I always get what I order every time. Would put five stars but sometimes not always but it goes past that hour delivery time customer service was great gear is exactly as described prices are fair not a huge hassle to check out like it is with other sites they meet you in game would highly recommend them

I purchased from here because another site was taking to long, someone mentioned it in one of my group chats and I bought from here and my order came in really fast! Honestly it surprised me. I would recommend this site. It might not have a lot of reviews but I'm definitely going to share this around!
I come again to edit this post. If you spend over a certain amount of money it triggers a security verification which is suspicious to me. I was able to get it resolved with having to provide information but it did bum out my experience.
