While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Total lack of transparency on ticket fees.

Total lack of transparency on ticket fees. Slapped a 10% surcharge on payment by EFTPOS! At a minimum all charges should be shown up front. Avoid this company. If you are a promoter Choose Humantix, at least their fees are transparent.

I would never buy through this company…

I would never buy through this company again. Not only did they not send my tickets in time for the event they were not helpful in finding a solution for me.
Stay away from purchasing through them. There are plenty of other trust worthy places to purchase tickets.

Invasive check out process

The user can't buy a ticket without having to sign up with their email. Has the company ever heard of guest checkout?

I only need to buy a single ticket for a one-off event, but it is impossible without registering an account.

Now you try to register the account, and the registration form asks for a mandatory phone number. Why does the company need that?
The postcode is also mandatory (mind you, I am buying an ELECTRONIC ticket that goes to my email).

And finally, after buying the ticket the company decides to pop up an advertisement to get $150 off of hello fresh.

Completely invasive, all I wanted was to buy a ticket for a comedy show.
