I spent a lot of time researching the best prices and a reliable company. "It must be in time" had the best price! They answered all my questions and sent me my purchase is a reasonable time frame. I would give the experience a FIVE Star rating.

I sent two emails to the company asking a questions for the AP steel skeleton and they never answered and sent a message to their website and they didn't answer too. How come I will spend 30k online on a company that never answer emails.

From start to finish, my transaction was great! Bobby was so amazing and helped to get my gift for my husband to be on time. It came exactly when he said that it would. The communication was perfect! You never get this type of personalized attention elsewhere. I really appreciate all that Bobby did to help me out! My next watch purchase will be from this company!

Despite a minor lag in shipping from one of their distributors, Bobby ensured me that my order would be delivered prior to my upcoming departure for a business trip. Everything worked out perfectly: good watch, great value, and incredible customer service.

I ordered a Hublot Big Bang 45mm Ferrari 401.OQ.0123.VR Men's Watch from them. The price was unbelievably about $10,000 less than any other site. I got a call from someone named Bobby saying it wasn't actually in stock and that they would call me when it came in. In the meantime they weren't going to charge my card until it came in. I told them to cancel the order which they did. I just checked back weeks and weeks later and they're still showing the watch as in stock at the same ridiculous price. I won't bother wasting my time again.

I had been saving up for this Tag Heuer watch for about six months and finally made the purchase with this company. They had it for the best price online so I went with them. I first read a bunch of reviews about the website and couldn't find any bad reviews. I then proceeded to contact the website with other questions in which they answered for me. Just got my Chanel watch and I love it! I saw it at the boutique store and starting shopping for it online because I wasn't going to pay full retail. I couldn't be any happier with my experience. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a watch for several thousand dollars from an internet store (sight unseen), but Bobby instilled confidence by being transparent, informative, responsive & reliable. It took less than 48hr to discuss the watch with Bobby, buy it (at an incredible price), ship it across the country and confirm it's authenticity at my local Omega Boutique. The watch I ordered was scarce and recently discontinued by Omega, so I was amazed (as well as some in the Omega Boutique) that I was able to obtain a new model with the stickers in place. My only suggestion (to avoid any disappointment) would be to call Bobby and confirm the watch you're looking for is available before buying it online. He returned my call the same day and assured me it was available....after that it was on the way! I normally don't write reviews, nor can I speak for another person's experience, but this entire process has earned my loyalty as a customer and all of my future watch purchases will start (and hopefully end) with Bobby and itmustbetime.com

I was referred to "It Must Be Time' from a friend of mine so it came easy for me to order from them. I received my watch four days after my order. It arrived well packaged. Solid company which deserves a solid review.

I found the watch that I wanted at It Must Be Time online at a very attractive price. The manufacturer of the watch routinely sends out emails warning customers about fakes and/or purchases from unauthorized dealers. I asked Bobby about this and he forthrightly explained that IMBT buys fine watches from authorized dealers who want to lighten their inventory. He assured me the watches are the genuine article and that a should any warranty work be required, they would send the watch back to the originating authorized dealer. This business model made perfect sense to me. The watch arrived and I am delighted with it. My only suggestion would be for IMBT to use FedEx or UPS instead of the USPS because the former stay open late into the evening making pick up (signature required) much easier.

I ordered a watch for my husband. It took a bit longer than I expected but when I emailed them I got a quick response telling me the expected delivery date. The watch arrived on time. Unfortunately my husband did not like the watch. I was able to return it and receive a refund promptly without any problem. I would recommend this company and definitely use them in the future.

Do not use this company. I've never experienced anything like the purchasing process through It Must Be Time. First, I ordered a watch that was on the website only to receive a call three days later that it wasn't actually in stock as indicated. Bobby, the customer service guy indicated that he wouldn't charge my card until the watch arrived, which would take 4-6 weeks. I questioned whether it would truly be 4-6 weeks and Bobby assured me it should be on the shorter end of that time period. After hanging up with Bobby I did not hear from him for several weeks, during which time they charged my card.

Because I had no tracking number and no way of tracking my order via the website, I started reaching out to IMBT weekly via email to check the status of my order only to receive confusing and seemingly random responses regarding when the watch would arrive. After the seventh week, I called Bobby to discuss how I felt like IMBT is a sham because of the confusing emails and found he was still completely unable to give me any kind of indication of when the watch would show up even after 7 weeks of waiting. He empathized and explained that IMBT works with a distributor in NY and doesn't have any visibility to the actions of the distributor--meaning they have no idea when a customer places an order how long it will take for the watch to be delivered. We agreed that if it took longer than 10 weeks IMBT would issue a complete refund and if the watch showed up beforehand, they would issue me a small refund.

During the call I explained I would be traveling for a few weeks and that IMBT would need to coordinate the delivery time so the watch(if it actually showed up) would not arrive while I was away and unable to sign for it. A week later(while traveling) I emailed IMBT and Bobby responded the watch had been shipped and provided a tracking number. I tracked the package on UPS to find that UPS would try to deliver the watch all three times(their standard practice) before I returned home and that the watch might be returned to the shipper. I called UPS and tried to use their My Choice service to schedule a delivery date only to find that the shipper had restricted the shipping options and NO options were available other than to try to find a way to get the watch before it was returned to the shipper.

After a few calls to UPS, where they explained that "usually" the package is held at a local UPS store for 5 business days, I crossed my fingers and hoped I would get home during the waiting period to pick up the package. Luckily I did and was able to retrieve the package. The watch looked good, but the packaging looked used. Nonetheless, the heartburn and headache I experienced using this company is unlike anything I've ever experienced and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I had to email Bobby and ask him to issue the refund, which he did, for 2.7% of the purchase price. The customer service was atrocious, unlike anything I have ever seen. I cannot understand how this company stays in business with such a hapless and indirect approach to sales and customer service.

A watch that I'd had for ten years was stolen and after months and countless hours of searching to find it's replacement online and in stores, I found it here and at a great price - half of it's original price ten years ago even. At first I was notified that it was no longer being made but not a week later I received a call from Bobby that he'd been able to locate one and was having it sent.
