Laptop was showing a disk warning whilst still working. After putting a request online I was contacted very promptly. Following a short telephone discussion, it was decided to come and assess the situation and I received professional advices. replacement SSD for hard drives were ordered and obtained next day whilst we kept the laptop for daily usage. The laptop was taken away just for one day and repaired for the next day. Follow-up advices were also provided on other computers resulting in removing some standing issues. Overall, a very professional service.

I put in an online enquire for help with my gaming laptop. Within a few hours of posting I received a call from Ismail from IT nation offering some advice over the phone and coming over to have a look and optionally take my laptop away to get fixed (I can't drive) during the prices Ismail kept me informed and updated on the progress. Eventually we had to return the laptop to the vendor for a refund or replacement but even here Ismail helped me with printing off the paperwork and even sending off the laptop for me due to mobility issues. All in all its been a very professional and pleasant experience and I highly recommend this company.
