Technical knowledge, experience and equipment are very weak.
I strongly advise against doing business with this company if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
We purchased a $34,000 machine from this company and paid in cash. The salesperson, Chris, assured us that a technical team would be dispatched within 48 hours if we encountered any issues. This promise of local service was a key reason we chose this company. However, shortly after the purchase, Chris disappeared and became unreachable. We later discovered that he had quit his job, taking with him the special samples we had provided.
Problems began even before the machine arrived. The delivery was ahead of schedule, and some parts were sent to the wrong address. We overlooked these initial mistakes, believing they were minor issues. The machine was installed on April 15, but it could not operate at full efficiency. For the first two days, the nozzles failed to spray correctly. It took three days to replace the parts and perform a full test. During this time, 2/5 of our eight paint bottles were wasted due to testing and washing.
Post-installation, the machine heads frequently clogged, requiring cleaning to function. On June 18, after printing 200 products with incomplete and inaccurate results, we urgently contacted ITNH for assistance. A technician arrived on June 24 but left without resolving the issue. He returned on June 28, but again left without a solution, promising to follow up the next day. We did not hear from him for 15 days despite multiple attempts to contact him. The technical support manager handling our case went on vacation, leaving us stranded.
Our machine has been non-functional for 25 days, and this company has failed to provide adequate technical support and problem management. My business has been unable to produce for nearly a month. When we requested a return, the ITNH president attempted to intimidate us, stating that a 30% deduction would apply and they would not pay us back in full.
My advice is to avoid this company. Their quality, knowledge, and equipment are severely lacking. Save your money and steer clear of this company.
