I am nearing completion of my CIPD Level 3 qualification with ITOL, and my overall experience has been very positive. In particular, Pearl provided exceptional support throughout my studies. Good course and great options to prepare for the test
It Online Learning's BSC Foundation Course is the actual BSC Foundation Course plus additional questions as well as the availability of an AI assistant who can create further questions to help prepare for the BSC exam. The way the course is constructed worked really well for me as I could easily work through the course and use the questions for revision. What also helped massively were the additional practice sets and the simulation that had a timer on to provide a more realistic idea of what the exam would look like. When I got stuck the tutor and the office were readily available to help me get back on track.

Great organisation to get higher certification and training. I have recently enrolled at ITOL to study CIPD 5 and have undergone a wonderful induction with Pearl. She’s been great, shared all relevant info and explained that since the training is a program, I will receive after support in applying to jobs as well as setting up my CV.

I signed up to the Coding Career Change programme back in February, and since then have had a great experience with the learning resources and support received throughout.
My consultation call was with Leko, who was helpful and very friendly all throughout. He explained everything very clearly and wanted to make sure I understood all of the information, which I appreciated considering I was still making up my mind at this point.
I have learned many new skills from every module and knew my tutor, Cuan, was only an email away if I didn't understand something. While I rarely requested support, my tutor checked in on me every week or so to make sure I was getting on okay, which I really appreciated. My learning resources contained a lot of information while maintaining a fast-track style to the learning - helpful for somebody like myself wanting to change career.
I am currently in the recruitment phase of my program, where I feel I am in very good hands. My recruitment advisor, Katy, has made me feel confident in the fact that I can secure a new position in a sector I am unfamiliar with. By providing helpful, personalised advice, creating me a high quality, professional CV, and presenting herself as friendly and approachable, Katy has made the recruitment phase enjoyable for me, and I am looking forward to what is to come.
If you are skeptical about the legitimacy of these courses, as these things often tend to seem too good to be true, I assure you there is nothing to worry about. I have found the services to be good value for money, and the career advisors let you know enough to make an informed decision.
I would definitely reccommend ITOL to anybody wanting to make a career change.

ITOL Recruiter was the reason I joined…
ITOL Recruiter was the reason I joined ITOL as I wanted help with the recruitment process. Unfortunately it’s been the only part of ITOL which has been consistently disappointing.
Since July, I have worked with three recruiters but not impressed. First recruiter did a cut and paste resume job with even basic profile (mobile no, university) and work experience details wrong. Second recruiter was great, redid my resume well but scheduled appointments either did not happen or rescheduled last minute or delayed without notice, which was very frustrating. The third recruiter (that I’m currently with) re-did my resume and it looked worse than my first grad resume (eg: Profile Summary: I’m a … I’m this… I’m that..’ and illogical order of work history etc).
Finally I got resume feedback from two personal contacts and that began to get me interviews. A month on since I started getting interviews and being told we’d be doing mock interviews - and in spite of chasing up on this at least twice, I am yet to practice any mock interviews or hear back on the matter. I was emailed a PDF with the STAR technique etc around the time - it had good stuff but nothing special - just stuff you could easily find on the internet. The weekly catch up calls we were to have happened either.
I did ask about recruiter support process, success rate etc before signing up but I wasn’t able to get much information. ITOL 5 star reviews mainly seem to review the courses and the tutor I had was great.
