Great tutor support and valuable practical activities
I have just completed the Level 2 of the Data Analysis Diploma.
The tutors are highly responsive in email and community forums, and my My tutor Neville has been particularly proactive in reaching out to offer support.
The DataWars exercises in SQL and Python are excellent for gaining practical experience, while the CompTIA training materials provided valuable hands-on labs for various tools.
Since the program is primarily video-based, it does require a high level of self-discipline to digest the information and take thorough notes.

AI Engineer Programme Learning Path - Initial Review
Having started the AI learning pathway two months ago, this is an initial review based on my experience so far.
I am happy to have made the choice to study with ITOL.
Overall, the learning content is very good. The emphasis is on video learning rather than written materials, so it's important to take notes while learning from the videos.
My tutor Emmanuel Phiri is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, and keeps in contact regularly. He proactively calls once a week, and responds to email requests promptly.
For example, when the starting code repository was initially not available for the sentiment analysis project, he followed this through with the course team and ensured that the repository was updated within an appropriate timescale - thank you!

Just to clarify, the course is designed to be completed within around 3 months, but you are given 12 months’ access to complete it at your own pace. We understand that some students may need longer, which is why extensions are available, as outlined in the Terms of Learning provided at enrolment. We continue to support students through tutor guidance and exam preparation to help them succeed.
