I've bought from iToolab in two occasions. With the first one I could successfully use their software. The second time, I found their procedure was not accurate with my setup and I was unable to make it work. They refunded me almost instantly.

Retarded software with completely no use in 2025. They stuck on max firmware 16,2 for windows and 16.7for mac when there's already ios 26!

Beside that whatever you try to do READ the text "Your iOS will be updated to the latest version." which means it will update just to later notify you "sorry your version of firmware is too high and unsupported."

Don't bother, waste of money. If you have locked iPhone like me because you haven't used for long time and you don't use the email address used on that iPhone this app will do nothing beside taking your money.

Now it's even worst after updating the software it does not recognize any of my iPhones. I have tried different USB-C cable and when iTunes correctly recognize model and DFU mode, Unlock Go does completely nothing. The most useless software I have used recently

I wrote before here about itoolab.com that im not satisfied, because they refuse to make refuned, because i didn't use thier app, reaaly i felt bad because i didn't use, after this review, a few days i got email from them, that they refund me, and i hope they will solve problems with customers before, and i back today to give them 5 star because my problem solved. thank you Turst pilot. and thank you itoolab.com for good liesting...Respect

I was a bit skeptical, but ultimately decided to give it a try due to other reviews on TrustPilot. Software worked to unlock my nephews tablet. It did not work right away, and had to make a few attempts but ultimately was able to get access to the tablet.

I am writing to express my surprise regarding your recent suggestion to purchase the iOS version of your software. My original intent in purchasing your product was specifically to recover a Windows 11 password, and The website clearly advertised a Windows password recovery tool that led me to believe I was getting the correct version for my needs.

I am quite disappointed by this experience, especially since the key provided for the Windows version has consistently shown an "invalid key" error, making the product unusable for its intended purpose. Given these issues and the misunderstanding regarding the product's platform compatibility. Fraudulent Site. Does not work

I sent an email and my problem was dealt with very quickly with no complications. In fact, any time I had a problem, I would send an email and the issue would be dealt with just as quickly. That's pretty good customer service.
