Avoid this product

I purchased an itouch air 4 recently and can honestly say it is worthless. Please don’t waste your money unless you just want it to tell the time. It does not count steps accurately , it does not measure calories ( I work out for an hour a day plus other activities and can barely reach 100 calories) Furthermore it doesn’t measure sleep, workout history or sync with my phone. I have contacted the manufacturer and received basic, unhelpful replies . I purchased the watch whilst on a cruise and cannot find my receipt so I guess I am stuck with it. I can now only encourage other people to avoid this product because I guarantee you will be disappointed.

Faulty Watches, Not a Good Product

I bought iTouch smart watches twice. As a former FitBit owner, I figured I’d try something new when my last was ready to replace. My first iTouch watch looked like Apple watch, and so I gave it a chance and purchased from a local big named department store in April, 2024. I had to return it after a week, because with no misuse or damage by me, it stopped working and would not turn on. It was still in perfect condition with no physical damage. I thought I would give the brand another try, hoping that it was just a bad unit. My second iTouch purchase, I ordered a newer model~ the Sport 4 smartwatch directly from iTouch’s website. Although I loved the look of the watch, after about a month the watch would not charge or turn on. I bought 2 new iTouch chargers compatible to my model in case the charger was the issue, but they did nothing and the watch still would not charge or turn on. The unit just stopped turning on and charging and still looks brand new. I contacted iTouch, and to receive a replacement they wanted me to pay a $10 shipping fee for a new watch to be sent, plus the cost to ship the original non-working watch I had back to them. I declined, and I was pretty disappointed that they had such terrible customer service for their faulty products. I will instead be spending my money on a watch from a more reliable brand with better reviews. Buyer beware of this brand.

If you want a reliable Smartwatch, don't buy iTouch

Like many other reviewers, I purchased my iTouch Sport 4 watch onboard a cruise ship.
Initially I was impressed, looks good, lots of features, 21 day battery life when "raise to wake" disconnected and the support team were very helpful but none of the "fixes" solved the problems. After that, everything is bad. Constant connection problems, sleep records useless, Goals results inaccurate - the list goes on. Hopefully, it will continue working with bugs and all, the time is accurate and the Step count appears to work!

Don't waste your money!

Unfortunately, you are unable answer calls from smartwatch but the most disappointing item is the data will not sync to app. So unlessI view my activity before midnight it is gone the next day. I have uninstall and reinstalled the app and support was no assistance. Not happy!

Extremely poor customer service

I purchased one of their sense devices because of a back issue I've been dealing with. The sales person Tinashe told me that I could definitely return the item if it was not working out and that I just needed to wait for an email to come through with the details. When I finally saw the email, they state in very fine print that there will be no refunds so he flat out lied to my face.

when trying to return is after figuring out that it wouldnt help with my pain long term, the owner Fabio keeps giving me a run around and no direct response saying he is out of the country and will respond soon. he never does. its been a month.

The fact that they all lie to your face regarding refunds is a scam of a business model and then they don't respond to your mails and messages.

The device also feels plastic and has old charging technology, which I find ridiculous considering its high price.
Don't buy from them. get something off Takealot or Amazon instead.
They will waste your time AND money

I would not recommend purchasing this product.

I purchased an iTouch Active fitness watch onboard a cruise ship in late April. It stopped working in early June. I contacted the company which produces the watch and after some investigation they agreed that it was defective. However, for the watch to be replaced under the warranty, the company would only replace it if I paid for postage at an amount higher than the actual cost of the watch. Other product reviews below suggest a high level of unreliability. The best solution therefore is to buy a new watch with a more reputable company; one with more reliable products and one with a more customer friendly approach to warranties where a product is defective. If a zero star rating was possible, it would be more appropriate than a one star review.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BRAND

I bought an Airtouch 3 on a cruise ship (I could not check reviews before purchase due to no wifi, if I could have I wouldn’t have bothered). Serious connection issues to app, keeps disconnecting and loses time. I got in touch with I touch Wearables who told me to try loads of trouble shooting issues which did not work. Refused to refund despite sending lots of evidence of failure of the product. Eventually contacted the Cruise Company Shop arm - Starboard who have stepped up and are going to refund. At first they asked me to send the product back to US tracked but this would have cost me more than the watch! Don’t waste your money on this brand, utterly useless and not fit for purpose.

Itouch Air 3 won't hold a charge

I just bought Itouch Air 3 three and a half days ago. It already won't hold a charge for more than a few hours once fully charged. I'm trying to call Target to see if I can return it but no one will answer even though the store is open. What has happened to customer service?

Connection and sleep time

This watch is affordable, but it has connection issues to start. It records only time from 10:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. If you sleep between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. it will not be recorded. I have even asked support about it and all they say is they will try to work on this for future. It doesn't transfer all of the data. Don't waste your money.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was thrilled to get this watch as a gift. I have had it less than a year and it is under warranty. The step counter has not worked for several months and I have contacted support over and over again. Finally they told me to send it back, Would have to pay for shipping to send it back and they would send me a new one I would pay for that shipping as well. This is very poor customer service , I have a non working product and I have to pay to have a new one send and pay to send my non working one back. No Thank you .

I spoke to an experienced specialist by…

I spoke to an experienced specialist by the name of Erick. I explained I purchased 2 watches the first I did not bother to update the warranty. That watched stopped working within a year including the charger. My 2nd purchase the I touch sport 3 is a few months owned. The phone stopped suddenly connecting to the app. I researched and downloaded an updated app version that is supposedly the issue. The specialist gave me a series of steps that could potentially be done for someone who is a technician which I am not. All I requested was to use my warranty as promised on the watch. Theres always someone making it extremely hard for someone because they did not spend the money. I will never purchase from itouch wearables again and will definitely give my experience as reference to anyone I know. 2 watches not just 1 with deffects.

iTouch Sport 4 worked for approximately…

iTouch Sport 4 worked for approximately 4 months. Battery didn't hold a charge for longer than 24 hrs when worn continually. Watch died after 4 months. I contacted the manufacturer and they recommended I charge it with my computer vs. wall outlet and it still didn't work. It was under manufacturer's warranty but they required I pay the shipping to return it and for a replacement, approximately $20.00. The watch was only $31.00 on sale. No thanks. Don't buy this watch. Neither the manufacturer nor store (Kohl's) rea stand behind the product.

Awful connectivity with iPhone

Bought my husband the itouch 4 to be able to get notifications for work instead of having to constantly have his phone out. Worked fine for a month just long enough for the warranty to expire and then started having to be repaired multiple times a day.

Smartwatch that can't hold itself together for more than a few months without falling apart

I recently purchased the iTouch Sport 4 Smartwatch, and to put it bluntly, it's been a colossal disappointment. Within 3 months of use, the strap started falling apart, with the bar detaching from the watch screen regularly. Apparently, according to the store's warranty, this falls under "normal wear and tear."

It's absurd to think that a product marketed as a "smartwatch" can't even hold itself together for more than a few months without falling apart. Clearly, there are serious manufacturing issues at play here, but good luck trying to get any support from their so-called "year-long warranty policy."

Save yourself the headache, it's not worth the frustration and disappointment.
