Legit store, but still shady.
I've recently bought a watch from iTradeCenter.store, for which I paid in advance. The only proof of the order that I received was an e-mail with an order number made of 4 digits. No order status updates, no tracking number, no nothing. The seller's "tracking system" states "Could not find order" even now. The order number could (obviously) not be tracked with FedEx Express.

I asked for a status one week later and received a 2 rows e-Mail reply, with no name, signature or logo, stating i will receive my package the following week.
Luckily the next week I received the info from the FedEx Express, and the same day the package was in my hands (as stated in their expeditive e-mail reply). The tracking number received on the last day from FedEx showed it was sent from Sandigliano, Italy - probably a warehouse??
The watch was carefully packed, watch is original, everything was allright, except it has no financial documents whatsoever (no paper or e-invoice), only the warranty from the watch producer.
So, if you want cheap, be prepared for some cheap thrills!

Later edit: an "invoice" was sent by e-mail just after they read this review, but their document has no invoice date or invoice number, only order number and order date, so still shady.
I changed the rating though, from 3 to 4 stars.

All I can say is that this store is legit. I purchased a big TV and it was shipped to Ireland all the way from Spain. It took 14 days to arrive. The TV came well-packed and in good condition.
The only problem was with the Tracking information provided by the courier company (TNT). For over 6 days in a row, every day, the tracking would show the TV being shipped from Koeln (Germany) to Tallaght (Ireland) and then the next day from Koeln to Tallaght in a 2-hour window, which is impossible and it made me get worried about my purchase.
Other than that, everything else was fine. The customer service kept in touch with me and I received my purchase.

I bought a Seiko GMT watch from this store as it was the cheapest I found on the internet.
Communication and delivery was great, I will use them again.

Rubbish service. Bought a gas heater (super ser) it had no connections at all and was not advertised to this effect. Basically I've just got a metal box unless I go spend more money and buy all the hoses, regulator and connectors myself. Seller refused to take item back despite pointing out EU law and the distance selling regs.
Avoid like the plague. Next stop is the bank and a dispute

Sellers reply is also now a slanderous comment "You simply want to get additional products" as all I have asked since I received it is to return as I've bought one local that cost more but was correctly advertised

I was looking for a powerful gaming laptop - MSI Titan GT77 - and it was impossible to find this model anywhere in Romanian stores. So I began looking online - the only place I could find the desired product was amazon in various European countries, being sold at a ridiculous price. The same applies to stores in countries around. Another option was American stores, but the risk of a long delivery and the customs taxes made the entire idea not worth my time. One place I could find what I needed was iTradeCenter.store, and the price was reasonable. Being careful about the places where I buy online, I accessed the contact section on the website to see how quick the reply is and my email would be replied to all. To my surprise I've got the info I requested in less than one hour.

Product delivered within 10 days, customer service excellent always kept in contact and quick replies. Delighted with the product also. Would highly recommend.

My experience with iTradecenter.store was great, ordering was easy, the TV shipped within the allocated time, it was well packaged and presented, the only let down was using TNT/Fedex, somewhere in France (The TV was shipped from Spain) the item seemed to stall in transit, I made numerous calls to TNT, but always got boilerplate responses. I was eventually told it would ship in a couple of days, it then turned up as out for delivery with practically no notice and I had to refuse it, as there was nobody in, rescheduled delivery for the following monday and TNT didnt show up, that meant I had to wait a further week. Eventually received it, and it was in perfect condition. Experience with iTradeCenterStre was great, TNT/Fedex .......................not so much.

I bought a 77" tv, perfect service, delivered on time, price unbeatable, truly recommended.
