Just bought a R9 pro of Its Electric and the staff couldn’t be more helpful i was a pain on the bum with loads of questions but no doubt i ended up with the ideal scooter for my lad

Top quality scooters got the red lightning pro and it’s great drives so smooth and easy to get set up, My young lad broke my charger and they were on the ball to get me a new charger sent out next day delivery!

Thanks again mate if your thinking about getting a E scooter here is definitely the place to go

Just bought myself a new lightsaber scooter from here and it is truly amazing. Haven't saw this scooter available anywhere else which I love. People keep asking me where I got it from everywhere I ride so I feel like the coolest kid on the block even though I'm in my late 30's now with 2 kids. Will 100% visit here again to get scooters for the kids in the near future.

I had been planning on getting one of these for a while and I couldn't be happier with the product.

Scooter was brand new, in full working order, and instructions were provided.

I ordered an electric scooter for my partner as a birthday present. The cost of the scooter cost £875 and after 2 weeks my parcel still has not arrived. I enquired about the delay via their web chat and told it will arrive next week. I asked for a tracking number and told I would get on on Monday. I asked for a refund I was told no. I then looked into the company and realised that it’s electric uk is not a uk based company. Despite stating scooter could have been collected from Liverpool. When looking at the website closer I started to see things were not quite what they seemed. I felt like I had been scammed. I contacted them via email as there is no phone number. I told them that they either need to provide a tracking number or a refund if the scooter hadn’t yet been dispatched. I also told them that if they couldn’t provide either I would report to the police, my bank and right a review on every platform warning others to say away. All of a sudden the money was refunded. I’m lucky I got my refund. But have read other reviews where similar things had happened. Stay away!

Recently purchased an electric scooter from Itselectrikuk for my 17 year old lads birthday. Customer service was professional and helpful with providing me various options for my price range. Delivery was quick with no issues concerning the scooter that Robert has been inseparable from, really appreciate the good quality service for a reasonable price and would recommend to anyone.

A song once said "I'm on a gorgeous glide" and this is how I feel every time I step on my Dark Knight Pro Max that I bought from It's electric. Top speed of nearly 50MPH means that I now only arrive on time everywhere I travel to. The horn is loud enough that I could attract attention internationally and the acceleration sound makes me feel like I'm in Star Wars. With lights and a myriad of other safety features to lock the bike up and stop theft, I honestly couldn't be happier. To top it all off the customer service was 10/10 and with free delivery!!! Will 100% be purchasing more items from this store in the future!
