Fake garbage.

Don't buy this product! Their unrefined Batana oil comes from China and is very liquid. I was already suspicious when I saw the jar when it arrived, because it looked completely different from the pictures. Dropshipping scam.

Bait and switch company

This company advertised one product but when you order they send you something totally different, a cheaper version of what you thought you were getting. I ordered some Batana oil but they sent me a cheaper brand that you can get on shine or temu. Even the packaging is different from what they advertise on their website

Warning about Itshairwegrow…

Warning about Itshairwegrow (itshairwegrow.com)
I want to share my experience so others are aware. I ordered Batana oil from Itshairwegrow believing it was authentic and made in the USA. The product I received appears fake, and the packaging shows it is from China, not the USA as advertised.
Because of this, I feel the product was misleading and not what was promised. Please be careful and do your own research before purchasing.
This is my personal experience.

Advertised as 100% pure unrefined…

Advertised as 100% pure unrefined batana oil. Infact its refined so much, the oil does not melt in your hands. Real batana melts on contact with your skin. After using my hair was dry and brittle.

Big scam

Big scam! Never received product. Was sent tracking then told item was lost or damaged but a new one would be sent. That one never came. I requested a refund and was told after a month of waiting am no resolution if I don’t receive an update by 10/31 or the product they would send a new one. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t issue because it’s still in transit but I have no tracking. Just now I responded to the email that I contacted my bank and opened an investigation andy email was rejected.

It’s a scam don’t buy it

The Batana oil is very hard, which makes it difficult to apply to the scalp. It doesn’t dissolve and leaves pieces of the solid oil behind. I tried melting it by putting it in the microwave and placing it in hot water, but nothing worked. It made my hair loss even worse, caused a lot of flakes on my scalp, and is very difficult to wash out — even after washing twice, it’s still there. My order also stated that the product came from China, not from the U.S.
