I am sorry you didn't receive your order yet!I have sent you a detailed email about your parcel and as I explained your order was dispatched as planned and it is now at Brussels Mail Centre awaiting customs clearance. This is something out of our control, but as promised, we will try to help you look into this!

Super happy, great products, speedy delivery
They were really helpful in answering my questions. Delivery arrived swiftly with a hand written note which was very sweet. I felt there was a lot of love put into this business. Really happy and would highly recommend.
