The practice is founded and led by Ahmed Nabil: ITIL (Version 5) Foundation and Strategy certified, a PeopleCert Ambassador, with 8 years across retail, pharma, energy, maritime and telecom. There are five ways to work with ITSM Compass, each scoped to the client's situation. ITIL Foundation Exam Preparation & Coaching offers live sessions for ITIL 4 or ITIL (Version 5), with practice questions and exam technique. The ITIL & COBIT Advisory Session is a 60-minute one-to-one on governance, SLA design, incident leadership or framework rollout, with follow-up notes. Executive Workshop & Training is a half-day session for leadership or IT teams on governance, value-led IT or responsible AI in ITSM. The ITSM & Governance Health Check is a structured review of service management maturity against ITIL and COBIT, with a prioritised action roadmap. The Fractional Service Delivery Manager provides ongoing senior service delivery and governance leadership without a full-time hire. The usual starting point is a free 15-minute discovery call. ITSM Compass also publishes the Lab: free tools built from real service desk, SLA and major incident work, including an SLA and availability calculator, a GCC business hours calendar for SLAs, an IT downtime cost calculator and a service desk staffing calculator. Each tool shows its full result on screen. There is no sign-up, and the data stays in the user's browser.
