Great range of products and I liked the way you can book a delivery date

Review covering purchase and delivery of solar panels from ITS. Website info a little misleading with product codes displayed not matching verbose product model name.Link to delivery company was added to order form. On day before delivery, delivery company website showed order as cancelled, but I decided to wait until delivery day and see what happened. On the ITS confirmation email I was told to expect an 18 ton truck to deliver between 0900 and 1800. What actually turned up was a covered trailer towed by a car arriving at 0810. It appears the delivery company sub contracted the delivery to this one man band who was uncontactable by me should there have been an issue. My panels arrived OK but I wasn't ready for them at the early delivery time. So ITS should ensure that if their chosen delivery company subcontracts the delivery, the actual person doing the delivery is contactable and if delivery time range is changed then I am informed.

I've ordered from ITS four times in the last 9 months. They are excellent. Mountings are supplied based on the roof type and layout meaning they calculate all the individual bits and pieces needed, meaning I don't have to. Delivery is named day and has always been accurate and on time. Prices are as good as you will get.

Great company, prices are good, Jonathan helped me by putting a battery and solar panel package together, David Cookman organized the installation which went very smoothly, a first class professional job neat and tidy, the job was for my special needs son who could not praise the installers enough, I have had a sola installation done through a company called project sola and this company is no where near ITS Technologies a mistake I have come to regret.

Just started doing business with ITS a few months ago. We have placed a number of orders with them and wanted to see how they performed before writing a review. We have put then under a bit of pressure with one of our orders requesting a very quick turn around and they stepped up to the challenged very admirably.

I would recommend these guys to anyone as the service has been excellent, and I find they try very hard to understand our needs to ensure we get the best kit and the most appropriate deal.

Order stuff. It turns up. Jonathan says it how it is. Fair price. Quick delivery. Can’t really ask for more!

First time order, small thing but all-round satisfied

ITS did a great job, and were helpful and answered questions promptly.
However, their choice of courier - DPD in this case - leaves much to be desired (I can't rate the 2 parts separately, else it would be 5* and 0*)
Using a cheap courier, with an appalling review record, is just asking for problems, and that's exactly what I got.

Wouldn’t consider using anyone else, even if they were cheaper.
