Absolute nightmare with GSE inline…
Absolute nightmare with GSE inline solar trays from this supplier.
Seemingly lovely chaps, but supplied a GSE solar kit that was not fit for purpose (wrong flashings). No tech support / limited product knowledge. No solutions offered. Eventually (after literally months of hassle) offered partial refund for incorrect top flashings so I could purchase an alternative (as none in stock). 7 days later and still no refund received. Bank has no visibility of incoming payment. Refund less than the retail value of the flashings and roof is still off and leaking water after many months. Absolute disaster. Also ...avoid installing GSE on natural slate roof unless you have a big budget for lead and slate and a half tiles. Not worth it. And huge hassle / poor and inconsistent technical docs.

Was more expensive than others but delivery was two days on a pallet.
Seven days later and several phone calls the inverter arrived in a van with many other parcels on top of it.
As delivery on a pallet was extra this should have been refunded at the very least

We do sincerely apologise that there were 3 attempted deliveries which caused a delay. We are working on finding out why there were failed deliveries for you. Due to the failed deliveries they did move the 58kg package to a van delivery, it didn't cost any less though.
