Ordered some frozen rabbits for my dog, the sale went through but unfortunately received an email a couple of days later stating that I had been refunded due to not delivering frozen products.
It didn’t cause me any problems but would have been nice to know this before placing the order.

Not everyone looks at the small print. It’s the first time I’ve ever ordered something that isn’t available for delivery that hasn’t been rectified before payment was received.
Maybe you’re system should be updated.

That’s the first impression. What you really get is top advice and good quality food.
Being an owner of a fussy dog Ryan’s advice and support has been so useful. I now have a really happy dog full of energy. I did not realise his previous diet was affecting him so much. Within 2 days the smells coming from him were gone.

Choice , price and service is excellent

2 weeks later. No delivery. Only communication was to tell me it was sent. Have emailed again, no reply.

Website easy to use, I love the fact it tells you how many left in stock and what’s out of order when purchasing. I’ve always done click n collect and you do get an email within 24hrs when it’s ready to collect. The staff are very helpful and friendly 👍☺️

I found The Dog Box when I first got my puppy Spice, The Dog Box has benefitted me through the scope of their services and by being linked to Stablecroft.
I enrolled and took Spice for training with Santa, before Spice turned 6 months I signed her up for the mini puppy grooming package, which has helped Spice get use to being handled by others along with keeping her coat and nails looking great. I found Spice has a touchy digestive track and the range of JR treats and chews which The Dog Box stock and can be either delivered or collected are not only great value but due to being all meat they are better for her.
Since Spice has reached 6 months I have booked her in for grooming at Stablecroft and as I periodically need a day or a night sitter for Spice, Stablecroft has been a place where she is comfortable with the staff and her surrounding.
Between Stablecroft and The Dog Box all Spices needs are meet.

My order was processed and despatched by the dog box almost instantly after ordering and on a weekend day, so very efficient for a small business. When I emailed a question about delivery times I received a very helpful and friendly response. Definitely recommend and will be ordering from this company again.

I found The Dog Box through a chance search on the internet when trying to source some raw dog food. What a find, this shop is fabulous. They stock loads of raw brands, proflax supplements, healthy dried treats, quality dog toys and Ruffwear dog accessories. The staff are incredibly knowlegeable about all their products and they are all very professional and friendly.
