Absolutely disgusting customer service! I ordered some clogs that were too small, returned them, however the return link (to show my proof of delivery didn’t work) and iv sent multiple emails with no reply.
I have still not received a reply or refund.. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I could not recommend this company enough! OMG they were the most cutest shoes I have ever seen and the box was so cute too!! My daughter absolutely loves them and says they’re her favourite shoes and wants to wear them all the time! My son even said he wanted a plain pair that was just as soft 😂 I don’t usually buy from stores that come up as ads on socials but I fell in love with those shoes, I even kept checking on their website for my daughters size to come back in stock and I’m not sure if I was expecting much but they exceeded my expectations and your customer service was fabulous after the delivery driver delivered to wrong house and they were nowhere to be found I spoke with ittybitty and they were more than happy to help! I’m going to highly recommend them to all my mum friends with little girls ❤️ I’m over the moon with them I might even buy a few sizes up for next year.

I ordered a dress for my grandaughters 1st birthday, made to order with 28 working days delivery. It arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful. I messaged itty bitty boutique various times in the last week to check delivery was on schedule and I received a reply to all my messages same day. The service was great and I recommend this company 100% thank you so much

I can not recommend this amazing business more if I tried. First order placed, I was panicking that the order wasn’t going to arrive in time, so they upgraded me to first class delivery and got it out the next day. My items turned up today and wow they are amazing. The fit and quality is perfect! 100% will be placing more orders. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing service.
Wanted the pink pom pom hay for my little girl and noticed it was out of stock. Was absolutely gutted. I message their Facebook page just to see if they had one anywhere in stock. Well they found one for me, so I quickly ordered it and within the hour they sent me a message on Facebook saying its done and on its way to me. Absolutely fantastic. If I could give more stats I would 💜

Don’t do it, wish I had read the reviews first. Thankfully I paid in installments. Ordered a travel system, was stuck on processing for a week. No replies to any emails. Definitely fake positive reviews on here and no idea who Kate is because she didn’t help me!!

I placed an order for 2 tracksuits with initials on. The money has left my account. Numerous emails have been sent with no reply.
I have just disputed the transaction with my bank to get a refund. This is the 2nd time this company has let me down with their poor communication.
I have ordered after being let down the 1st time and goods arrived on time and items enjoyed by my granddaughter.
They have great stuff, just poor communication when things go wrong. This is very frustrating!!! They really need to get their act together!

I ordered the Itty Bitty Blue Embellish dress on November 5th and paid for Royal Mail 1st Class. After receiving the initial confirmation email, I received no further updates about the status of my order. I ordered this dress specifically for my daughter’s 1st birthday party on November 16th, but it only arrived this morning, November 20th—far too late.

It took two weeks for the order to be processed and was only dispatched yesterday, November 19th. During this time, I emailed the company on November 9th, 10th, 12th, and 13th asking for an update, but I received no response. I even messaged them on Instagram, only to find out they don’t monitor DMs. By November 19th, I gave up and emailed to request a refund, but the dress was already shipped.

Thankfully, I had ordered a backup dress, or my daughter’s birthday would have been ruined. Adding insult to injury, when I reviewed their refund policy, I discovered I am expected to pay for the return delivery and that the original delivery fee will also be deducted from my refund. This is unacceptable.

I’m not someone who usually leaves bad reviews, but the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unfair refund policies have left me beyond frustrated and disappointed. I will NEVER purchase from this company again and would advise others to avoid them unless you want to be similarly let down.

Absolutely amazing company, last year the sandals I bought were perfect so i repurchased them this year for my daughters but unfortunately they didn’t fit my eldest but the team where so supportive when I emailed and there was no issues when returning.

Excellent customer service , upon ordering the auto fill on my phone cut off half my delivery address , upon emailing Itty Bitty Boutique they immediately sorted out my issue and insured a prompt delivery. Amazing customer service I would highly recommend & beautiful items for kids . Thank you

Total scam. Do not order from them. Placed an order over a month ago and no communication, no confirmation and they claim that it has been delivered now.

I ordered dresses which took longer than anticipated to arrive and they were poor quality/design.
I filled out the form for a refund and was told I was eligible. Posted the dresses back in May and I still have not had a refund (now July) I have emailed and filled online contact forms several times but still no response or refund.
