Placed a order on 18th January, still haven't received it. Have contacted them via shop app, website and email and have heard nothing back. I have been sent a order dispatched email with a tracking number that doesn't work. I can only assume they are a scam company.

Placed an order on 18/10/23, got confirmation and shipping time. Now 14/12 and have received nothing. Have sent repeated emails and also live chstessages without any response or acknowledgement. This feels like a scam company as I have been left high and dry and my money taken. AVOID!

I placed an order back on the 25th November, with payment leaving my account on the 27th. I haven't received any form of confirmation and have tried to contact them several times since with no response! I'm absolutely gutted as have ordered with this company through etsy previously and had no problems. I can't even work out how to get a refund because I don't have an order number !

It is very difficult to get in contact with anyone when something goes wrong. I have ordered from IttyBittyFox before and there were no issues, but at this time I have still not received my order.

I placed my order on May 24th, 2023. I received an update that the package was sent on May 26th, 2023. By June 12th, 2023 I had still not received my order. So I reached out to their customer service via their online chat feature on their site. I did receive an answer from their rep Will who confirmed that the package seemed to have gone missing and that they would send me a new one.

On June 20th, 2023 I received an update that a new order had been confirmed via email. Since then there has been no updates.

I have reached out 2 times via their online chat and through chat on Etsy hoping for an update. But, at this time I have not been able to contact anyone at IttyBittyFox and I still have not received my package over 6 weeks later.

I payed for international tracked a signed delivery which had an estimated time of 3-5 days. I didn't receive the package in the allotted time and I still haven't received it, so I asked for a refund of the delivery charges. I tried contacting them through their online page and no answer. I then decided to contact them through email and still no answer. Finally when I thought they had replied it turned out to be an automated message telling me to review them so here I am. Honestly I'm very disappointed since I was very excited about the product but the service has just been beyond unreasonable.

My order arrived on the 14th July. Most of it was without issue. However, one pair of earrings arrived damaged.
I emailed ittybittyfox on the day the order arrived to request a replacement. Since then I have emailed several times since. I have used the contact form on their website but I have had no response to any of these correspondence.
It is a shame as their products have been generally good in the past. I will not bne ordering from them again and will be contacting my bank for a charge back for the damaged earrings.

Update: 4 days after this review was published, I recieved an email from ittybittyfox apologising for what had happened and explaining they had been having technical issues with their email service. They issued a refund, and also sent a replacement pair of earing and a complimentary pair as well. Therefore, I have updated the review to reflect the fact that the issue has resolved in a very satisfactory matter.

Very please with service. i was looking for a very specific product, that I found on this site.
Buying process was easy, customer comms was good and I am very happy with the product - it was exactly what I wanted.

I got some really cute earings, very good quality and look amazing, took about a month to get here but that doesn't really bother me.
