Bona Fide Scam
Bona Fide Scam. Paid for the full working software that simply downloads movies off websites, then they change the pricing structure to "subscription" on an update... my app no longer works. also BTW look up the definition of subscribe, scribe means a writer... they aren't writers, they're scammers.
Happened a while back never did anything.

I had to reset my computer and I tried to reinstall iTubeGo and it was telling me I have installed this program too many times, I sent one email to tech support, they reset my account and now it is installed. Perfect customer service, I am very satisfied.

Installations Required Earlier Versions Occasionally
I have not installed more than 3 computers since purchasing this Life Time/ 2-5 PCs.
I have had issues downloading You Tube videos with updates since purchasing AND have uninstalled/ reinstalled other versions in this time to resolve said downloading issue.
Currently, I have on only 1 PC Laptop.
I have plans on installing on a 2nd Desktop computer though in the near future.
So, I have NOT ever had installations on more than a laptop AND Desktop since purchase and initial installations as of 5:22 PM 1/13/2021; my purchase date.
Please assist to resolve.
Which amazingly you did by graciously resetting my code immediately within hours.

I originally purchased the iTubeGo lifetime subscription, and it was amazing. I upgraded my PC processor, and required to request help from the customer service team. The service team was quick to respond with a positive and helpful answer.

I have been using this product since 5 years. It works very effortlessly, to download from various sources.
When I changed my laptop, the lifetime registration key was not working, complaining I had exceeded the number of allowed installations. I contacted their customer support and within hours my key was reset. Sharon was very efficient and helpful. Thank you!
