The product works on all the sites that matter and have gotten tremendous value from my purchase. Support is also very good, got to my request within a few hours and swiftly resolved the issue with the details i had provided.

ItubeGo is the best app for downloading any type of video from many sites. There's practically no site that can't download ItubeGo videos. It's the best purchase I've ever made. 10/10. And the employees who help you if you have any problems are wonderful, very friendly, very attentive, and they solve problems immediately. 10/10 for those who work for them.

Take note that this product has an activation limit. If you reinstall the program too many times, you will hit that limit and it will ask you to either re-purchase the product (which is supposed to last a life-time) or contact support.

It's a hassle which I'm sure is covered in the user agreement. But I think it should have been more obviously presented in the first place, right beside the "only one purchase" claim. Luckily I could resolve this without re-purchasing or complications when I contacted the support

I installed Windows from scratch again and got my 1PC lifetime registration code reset very easy. The program works very good, thanks sharon :)

Although I purchased lifetime plan for 1 PC in previous pc, recently I bought new pc and installed this software into new pc.
I had my registration code reset by this company quickly.
