Purchased an app and it does not work , contacted customer service to ask for a refund ant the refund was refused without any reason and when I asked what was the reason I did not get an answer just been stayed that there is no more information that they can provide about the case as iTunes closed the case , so my conclusion is that if someone has a bad day you don’t get your refund.
So I can say that I have been Scammed by Apple so don’t buy apps from Apple store unless you know you will use that app forever as you will not get your money back if the app is not working you get Scammed by APPLE I have emails and screenshots to prove that my review is genuine
