We're glad to hear that you found our tutors to be knowledgeable. However, we understand that being knowledgeable and being effective at teaching are two different skills, and we apologize that your experience with the CCNA 200-301 course did not meet your expectations. Effective communication and clear, detailed explanations are key in online learning, and we're sorry to hear that this was not consistently delivered. We will take your feedback to review and improve our instructional methods, ensuring that our tutors not only share their knowledge but also make it accessible and understandable for all students.

Regarding the concerns about the diagrams and labs not being labeled, this is an important point, and we will address it immediately to enhance the clarity of our course materials.

We're pleased to hear positive feedback about the instructor of the N10-008 course. However, the issue with the screen not being displayed is a technical oversight that we need to rectify. Hello, Wael. Sorry for the delay in replying to you here on TrustPilot and not doing so sooner. I checked in my system to make sure you were properly assisted, but there are multiple students named Wael. Around this time period from when this review was posted, we were still working remotely due to the pandemic, so it is likely that your concern took a little longer to get back to than normal and for that, we sincerely apologize.
