Company very hard to deal with. Sells cheap shoes with plastic soles.

I ordered from this site a month ago and they can't seem to find my purchased item now, they replied to my email stating the purchase has been lost in customs and they are working on tracking it.
What's worse is that they decide who is eligible for a refund and if you are lucky enough to be eligible for a refund, you must wait until they receive the item before they issue your refund.
Bull!!!!!

Scam! False advertising, tablet not as advertised and company will not pay for me to send it back. I paid to have it shipped here based on their false advertising, paid for fast shipping and it was late, and when it came it was not anywhere close to as advertised. They say they will refund my money but I have to ship it back at my expense, and it will cost too much, and I have no guarantee they will reimburse me at the end. I will leave reviews everywhere I can so nobody else falls prey to their deceptive practices. Do not use this company!!!!!!!

Scam site. The website name remains the name but what they sell always changes. They only use pay pal. And they email you fake tracking numbers. They have no contact information. The email they claim to use is bogus too. They stole $50 from me. What if it had been more? Now I have to dispute the issue with my visa card. They have been doing this to online shoppers for 6 months now.

I ordered a drawing board for xmas for my son on the 13th. I am still waiting on the delivery. When i contacted them saying the tracking number wasnt working,someone was kind enough to respond with some details and promised in 3-5 working days it should arrive. I'm still waiting. I checked the usps tracking that was attached to it and they had no information apart from just receiving a tracking number which they said they got on the 25th no doubt after my email to complain....my son was so disappointed needless to say xmas was ruined. I took it up with paypal and as of today jan 12th I'm still waiting to resolve the dispute. Drawing board never arrived. Scammers.

Avoid these people
Total scammers. They advertised a 10 x 300 x 40 mm amazing new technology telescope and sent a much inferior 10 x 100 x 30mm scope. Then only offered a small discount, which I refused, and then offered a full refund only if I paid to return the original product back to them. I fought it on PayPal and won, so got a free scope, but I have to wonder how many innocent buyers got stuck with this item they did not order. I don't know how they are with other products, but I would avoid them for sure as they had to know what they were trying to pull with me and never really apologized. I do not recommend buying anything from them.
