I ordered three pairs of trousers in a size 20. First they overcharged me, later refunded over payment. Then trousers arrived and they were way too small, not size UK20 in a million years. I requested to return them and all I received was an offer of £3 to keep them. I can not even get them on. They claimed these are what I ordered and they been selling them years and all their customers love them. If that was true why didn't they just give me a return label? £26.97 they owe me. I took photo of a pair laying on top of s pair of size 20 I recently bought complete with label proving their size and it's clear the Itzy trousers are way smaller.
