Annoying Cold Calls

This company cold calls constantly over years with multiple tactics to speak to accounts or the CEO. The gentleman that calls is extremely rude and sounds so bored and even sighs out loud if does not get to speak to anyone. I have reported multiple times to ICO as we are TPS registered. Our time is wasted on these calls and I doubt no one wants to do business with a representative like that. Look at Google reviews - full of the same type of review.

Terrible experience from this company - avoid at all costs

Terrible experience from this company . Been trying to sort out a contract change but because we cannot contact the current energy supplier through no fault of our own ( the current supplier only deals with the account holder and we have no access to the previous account holder details ) independant utility is now charging us for not being able to switch suppliers via their highly aggressive solicitor firm. They are charging us for several thousand pounds for an energy supplier we cannot switch to !! Terrible customer service and straight to threatening emails without trying to resolve . Will be taking this further with the ombudsman as I cannot believe this company can get away with charging for a service they cannot deliver . Other companies I’ve dealt with that offer a similar service have depts that deal with complications but this company just go legal . Avoid at all costs and let’s see how they get on with the ombudsman when they investigate our complaint

very smooth and efficient

Our experience so far with Independent Advice has been very smooth and efficient. In particular, my contact, Stacey has been persistance in helping us deal with a very frustrating situation we are currently involved in between past suppliers. I've been very impressed with her resolve.
Changing to new cvontracts has been very simple and easy via them too.
Highly recommended.

She went out of her way to extend the claim to the maximum amount possible securing us a full refund. Would recommend to anyone

I’ve had a good experience with this…

I’ve had a good experience with this energy company overall. Their pricing is competitive, billing is clear, and customer service has been responsive whenever I’ve had questions. The service has been reliable with no major outages. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I’d like them to be more transparent with their fees. Still, I’d definitely recommend them to others looking for a dependable energy provider.

Taking a big decision

I had been inundated with electric companies wanting to take over our new contracts. Some were rude, some I couldn't understand and some wouldn't take no for an answer. However Andy was none of these and I came to trust him and he made me feel at ease.
Service has been great so far and I havn't regretted my decision
