So now I'll try to explain what happened.
At the moment on our website we accept 2 kind of payments:
1. Binance PAY
2. USDT (CRYPTO) payments.
In the first case, mean Binance pay, this is auto system, so when you choose this kind of payment method, we receive your payments INSTANT and your order automatically changed to PAID, all this steps takes 1 minute, so if pay for some check service that should be provided INSTANT, you will receive it INSTANT (1-10 minutes) or if you paid for unlocking service, your order will be changed to PAID instant.
In the other case, mean USDT (CRYPTO), this is manual payments system, so when you make a payments via USDT we need to confirm your payments manually and change your order to PAID manually. For this reason we have notification on page where you choose what kind of payments you will use, "Your order status will be changed to PAID in 0-8 hours after we receive a payments and message from you!". We have this time slot because our support some time need sleep, and when they offline, we can't confirm your order and we can't reply on your emails.
In your case you choose USDT manual payments, so if you choose it, then you agree with our terms, and you agree that you can wait 0-8 hours before your order will be changed to PAID. Your order was confirmed and successfully completed in 7 hours after we receive a message from you that you send a payments. So all term was observed.
And you alwasy can contact to us via email or skype, and when our support is ONLINE we always replied so fast as we can. Our support replie in any of cases, doesnt matter you ask How we doing today? or you have any issues with order, we ARE AWAYS REPLPIED!
And we also disappointed, that you say that we are scammers, we on this market around 10 years, and we never not scam anyone. If we can't unlock device, we always make a refund. and doesnt matter what kind of payments did you choose, Paypal, Binance, USDT, we always make a refund.
