Absolute Scam! Charging you 100 euros for a free service
I was redirected to this webpage thinking it was an official government application page for applying for visas. Suddenly I'm asked for credit card information. I click auto fillout, before I start thinking "hang on, why would a government website ask for credit card information". Do I stop, and start doing research.. turns out iVisa takes 50euro PER PERSON for a process that is 100% free to apply to.. I then get a message on email saying my request isn't complete, and they can't process my request without me completing it.. I phone my bank to find out THEY'VE ALREADY CHARGED ME 120 EUROS FOR A SERVICE I HAVENT COMPLETED, AND A TRANSACTION I HAVENT APPROVED!
Now, the one redeeming factor here, is that the company actually responded quickly to (although through AI response) and gave me a refund receipt fairly quickly. Now I sat receipt, because even though it only took them 2 minutes to withdraw a 120 euros from my account, I still only received a promise that it would take them 14 days to return it..
If you read this, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They offer a service that is completely free of charge, pretending they are the real website to use it. They may give you an apology and a quick willingness to refund (Meanwhile you have to wait two weeks for the actual refund), but they know what they are doing. They are cheating well meaning people out of honest money, by pretending they are something which they are not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I can not believe people would review…
I can not believe people would review this second rate company more than a one star. There was an issue with my application and it took them 16 hours to resolve when I paid for a quick 4 hours turn around. In the end I had to apply with someone else so I could get in to Phillipines.
Run away.
