Just appalling. Where to start? They are completely incompetent. Appointed by a developer to manage our new build private estate they cannot get anything right. They don't know who has paid the service charge and who hasn't. They send reminders and even bailiff notices to people who have paid. They are contracted for 20 gardening visits a year and have never got anywhere near. They can't even cut the grass regularly. Repairs reported over a year ago have not be carried out. Complaints are ignored. In my view they do not act like a competent, professional, bona fide property management business. Even their business address is a paid for virtual address. Just steer clear.
