Affordable way to try scents
I love the concept so much. The subscription allows me to try different scents at a reasonable rate, so it’s pretty value for money. They have got a good range to choose from. But shipping takes a long time.

Impressive Brand and Service
Both my man and I really are impressed with both the amazing service and the product itself (atomiser, packaging and the design)!
The chatbox is very efficient too. If there is no response within the first few minutes of the inquiries, you don’t have to worry because they’ll reach back out to you on WhatsApp to answer to your inquiry!
Ups and Downs
Been subscribed since Jan 2023 and my experience with I'VRE has been okay thus far, up till my recent 2 orders.
Their site seems to have lots of technical glitches, my order was processed twice and had to contact them for a refund which they promptly issued.
One of my orders has 1 scent missing, it look them 2 weeks to get the replacement delivered, and they forgot to label the replacement bottle with the name of the fragrance so that's an issue when I have almost 12 I'VRE atomisers.
It is clear that their atomisers has flaws every once in a while, and other reviewers say the same too. Scratches and other cosmetic issues I can overlook as it does not functionally affect the product, but my most recent order has a completely faulty atomiser!
The rotation of the atomiser suppose to have 2 points where it stops, 1 when it's closed and 1 when it's open for use. The most recent atomisers I have is so difficult to twist and even worse still, it is able to rotate a full 360 degrees, which is a clear sign that the product is faulty. Hopefully I can get a replacement for this, because if I'm going to bring this when I travel, I need the products to be reliable and functional.
With regards to shipment delays, it is understandable that Ninjavan has been giving problems to many companies, as well as this period of switching to a different courier partner, but I feel like more can be done. In the past I used to get my orders fulfilled on time and I receive them within 1-3 working days, now it's common for 1-2weeks delivery :/ Bummer....

Overall great experience. My recent bottle had a defect of not being able to be twisted properly but overall the the service is a great value for money.
Shipping time can be improved. My first scent took only 2 days (probably priority shipping?) but my scents after that took close to 1-2 weeks.
Terrible service
Long delivery of 2 weeks even thought their website states a 1-3 working day delivery. No date given after the delay and even a tracking number is hard to get from them.
Cancellation of subscription is also difficult given their "high volume of inquiries". Beware.

Item received was slow and it has scratches on the bottle. It would be better if the bottle is in a better quality as the company portraying LUXURY perfume. What could be done is get a better quality of package and solid bottle. Maybe for subscribers, the next monthly perfume that come after, the company could just provide them with the refillable bottle inside without the case to save money on a better quality product.
Just a thought. Wasn’t as exciting when I received the package. Hope things will improve in the future for a better and pleasant experience.

My initial order was plagued by delays. As a new customer, I expected a certain level of punctuality in delivery, especially as punctuality is a key feature advertised by the brand. However, my order arrived a few days late. I chose to overlook this hiccup, attributing it to unforeseen circumstances and the occasional logistical mishap. But, as I would soon find out, this was only the tip of the iceberg.
My second delivery from Ivre was not just a few days late - it was an astounding three weeks behind schedule! The brand that claimed to provide a seamless fragrance journey now seemed to be more preoccupied with dragging its customers through a frustrating maze of delays and unresponsiveness.
Contacting customer service was, unfortunately, a futile exercise. I reached out to them, hoping for an explanation, an apology, or even a token gesture of service recovery, such as a free month's subscription. However, all I was met with was silence and indifference. The lack of response was a shocking display of customer neglect, leaving me to question the legitimacy of the brand itself.
My overall experience with Ivre was nothing short of abysmal. The tantalizing promise of a unique perfume experience was overshadowed by tardy deliveries and an absolute disregard for customer satisfaction. I'm left with a lingering scent of dissatisfaction, and a stern warning to other potential customers.
Ivre's lack of consistency, coupled with their disinterest in acknowledging their mistakes or attempting to rectify them, leads me to believe that they might not be a legitimate enterprise. It's with a heavy heart that I say this, but I highly recommend steering clear of Ivre. What I initially perceived as a minor setback now feels like a glaring red flag indicative of a potential scam.
In the world of online shopping and subscription services, trust and reliability are paramount. Unfortunately, Ivre seems to lack these fundamental principles. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale to others considering subscribing to their service. Stay vigilant, and think twice before giving them your hard-earned money. I, for one, am left with a sour taste and a lighter wallet.
